From London and with a Mediterranean twist, Ed has always believed the partnership and relationships you form need investment and time and Ed is patient in his approach and always consultative in his manner. What me and Donna have found through our many years working together is a partnership that works. We are the yin to the others yang – well, it also helps that Donna makes a mean cup of tea! But we just work well together. We’re on the same page, we have the same values and our goals are aligned. This partnership has been the secret to our success through the years and is now totally reflected in our brand, our values,the service we provide and the way we operate.

Originally from the beautiful beaches of Pembrokeshire in West Wales, Donna has worked for leading multi-industry recruitment business’s gaining market leading training and experience. Passionate about working with brands with a clear message and purpose and inspiring candidates and business leaders to adopt an inclusive and equitable approach. She brings an honest and straight-talking approach to the way she works
It was inevitable that one day Fella & Jones would launch as a Search & Recruitment Consultancy partnering some of the industry’s most influential and successful brands.
Ed & Donna launched Fella & Jones after working together for over 12 years, supporting and running two other high-profile recruitment consultancies.
A common ethos and a desire to be the best was the foundation from which Fella and Jones began. A consultancy which would be built on trust, transparency, respect and high ethics.
Our industry knowledge and experience has allowed us to challenge the norm in recruiting, to push the boundaries and to think outside of the box. Our shared values and work ethic has resonated with many of our clients and candidates over the years.
