The brief:

Head of Human Resources Global Luxury Brand

Our client, a global luxury brand which was experiencing significant growth across the EMEA markets required an established Head of HR to join their HR & People team. This was a newly created position for the business.

The role was to provide proactive, creative and commercial HR support to the EMEA population and stakeholders, whilst devising and implementing the wider HR strategy, working closely with the Vice President of HR.

Key to the role was securing someone with the right level of expertise within the EMEA markets as well as someone who had proven experience in building and maintaining relationships at market level along with key board members.

How we did it

Working closely with the Vice President of HR, we agreed a broad international long list of companies to explore including fashion, retail, and FMCG organisations, all of which had a strong global and EMEA store and market presence.

Following a rigorous and comprehensive search, we were able to complete and deliver a shortlist to the business who hired their chosen person within six weeks of briefing Fella & Jones.
